A valid Florida certificate is required. Rooms may be booked as a block requiring payment in full no later than 7 days prior to arrival, or as a "preferred rate" discount where parents call hotel direct and reserve and pay for room using their own credit card. Coaches and parents are responsible for the behavior of their team's players. Hotel reserves the right to exclude any guests exhibiting bad behavior or disturbing other guests. Bad behavior will be reported to the event venue, which may result in team or club being excluded from future tournaments. Note: Team and/or parents will be charged for any physical or financial damages incurred resulting from bad behavior. Example: If hotel reimburses another guest due to unpleasant stay resulting from team disturbance team or parents will be charged that amount.
